About Us Gid-De-Up Barkins Boutique opened in 1998, located in the corner tack room of a local Southern Oregon riding barn. Specializing in English tack and riding supplies the owner soon realized that the inventory needed, overwhelmed the existing space, so relocated to an 800 sq ft retail shop in Phoenix Oregon.
This quaint little house served the English riding community well for the next few years but again, room for displaying was limited and warehouse space was tight. In 2007, a 3500 sq ft building down the street became available and after a couple of months of remodeling the inventory was moved to the new location.
We now share this space with a separate business, the owner's second passion of scrapbook and fine art supplies, ScrappyCraft.
